When you contact us

Knowline is a Merit Systems experiment. We collect the name, email, optional company, use case, expected volume, and message you submit. We use those details to respond and discuss early access.

Submissions are stored in a private Vercel Blob store accessible to authorized members of the Merit Systems team. Vercel hosts this site and processes operational information such as request metadata and service logs.

The examples on this site

The profile demo is fictional. Viewing it does not run a person lookup. This marketing site does not collect phone numbers for enrichment.

Data and access requests

If you want a copy of a submission or want it deleted, use the contact form and describe your request. We may need to confirm that you control the email address associated with the submission.

We retain enquiries while they’re useful for discussing your request or a pilot, and remove them when they’re no longer needed. We’ll provide separate data-handling terms before a pilot processes enrichment requests.
